We accept payments by check, credit card, cash and PayPal. Please remember that all packages of meat are approximate weights.

The beef is priced per pound, but not all items are packaged in 1-lb packages.

--Hamburger and sausages are packed in approximately 1-lb packages.
--Roasts are generally 2-3 lbs.
--Other items are generally not over 2 lbs.
--Most steaks come 2 to a package and the steaks are 1" or thicker.

We will collect payment at your pickup when you get your beef.

Traditionally Finished or Grass Finished? (required)

The grass finished animals only receive grass and grass hay. The traditional finished animals receive a ration that consists of free choice alfalfa and grass hay, silage, brewers mash and sunflower seeds (NO corn).

The traditional finish provides more consistent nutrition for the animals and this results in more tender and consistent beef. Most people prefer the traditionally finished beef.

We sometimes run out of certain cuts and will substitute with a similar cut.



We are now offering bulk meat purchases. They come in 3 sizes: whole, half or quarter packages. The whole package is approximately 400 pounds of meat. It contains the cuts and quantities of meat that comes from a whole, butchered steer.
The half package is approximately 200 pounds of meat. It consists of the cuts and quantities that come from one half of a beef. The quarter package is approximately 100 pounds of meat. This package consists of equivalent quantities and cuts. All weights are actual weight and not “hanging” weight.
